Guidelines for Authors
Welcome to the Journal of Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence (JMAI). To ensure a smooth submission and review process, authors are requested to adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Submission Policy
-
Authors must submit two separate PDF files:
-
Complete Manuscript with Author Information: This PDF should include the complete manuscript along with the names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors.
-
Anonymous Manuscript: This PDF should contain only the manuscript text, without any identifying information such as author names, affiliations, or email addresses, to ensure a double-blind peer review process.
-
2. Double-Blind Peer Review
-
JMAI employs a rigorous double-blind peer review process, ensuring that the identities of both authors and reviewers remain completely confidential throughout the review cycle.
3. Plagiarism Policy
-
JMAI maintains a strict policy on plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts will be checked for similarity using reliable plagiarism detection software.
-
Total Similarity Index: Less than 25% is required.
-
Similarity from Each Source: Less than 5% is allowed.
-
-
Submissions exceeding these limits will be rejected or returned for revision to ensure originality. Authors are encouraged to properly cite all sources and references to avoid plagiarism.
4. Formatting Requirements
-
JMAI does not require authors to follow a specific formatting style at the submission stage. The PDFs must be either generated using LaTeX or converted from a Word document.
After acceptance, authors are requested to revise their paper according to the journal's formatting guidelines and submit the final version as a compressed (RAR/ZIP) folder containing all LaTeX source files, figures, and the compiled PDF. All references should be taken from Google Scholar and formatted in APA style. For example:
Alshibley, S. (2025). Fuzzy Rohit Transform. Journal of Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence, 1(1), 30–35.
5. No Publication Charges
JMAI does not charge any fees for submission, review, or publication of manuscripts. This ensures that high-quality research is accessible to all without financial barriers.
6. Language and Clarity
-
Manuscripts should be written in clear and concise English. Authors are encouraged to have their manuscripts reviewed for language and grammar before submission.
7. Copyright and Licensing
-
Upon acceptance, authors will be required to transfer copyright to the journal. JMAI supports open access, allowing free and unrestricted access to published articles.
